Is shopping online with Hope Mountain Art safe and secure?

Any personal information that you provide to us is sent via an SSL-encrypted link between your computer and our Web site.  This link ensures that all data that's transmitted remains private and secure.  It's the same technology used by online banking applications, so rest assured... it's secure.

What about the privacy of my personal information?

At Hope Mountain Art we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.  We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties, and we employ a combination of security technologies, procedures and organizational measures to help protect it from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.  For more detail, please see our privacy policy.

Do you offer a guarantee?

We guarantee the products that we sell.  Simply return anything that fails to meet your expectations and you'll receive a no-hassle refund, exchange, credit, or repair (items must be returned within 30 days in original condition).  At Hope Mountain Art, if we're not proud of it, we won't sell it.  Period.

Please be aware that with gemstones, significant variations in colour and pattern can occur from piece to piece, even within a given strand, and while we have made attempts to identify such variations in our product descriptions, the gemstones you receive may not always appear exactly as shown on our website.  All pieces are naturally beautiful, but no two are exactly alike.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.  For orders of less than $50, (before any applicable taxes), we offer just 99¢ flat rate shipping to all Canadian, (via 2-3 day delivery xpresspost), and continental US, (via airmail), destinations!  Convenient, simple, and easy to understand!

Do you charge handling fees?

No.
