Do I need to register or create an account?

No.  There's no need to register.  Membership and your eligibility to earn rewards is automatic and free.  With your first purchase from Hope Mountain Art you'll start banking monies towards your first frequent buyer coupon, and our website will recognize you when you come back and shop with us again.

How does your website recognize me?

Creating an account and logging into it offers you the most convenient way of shopping at Hope Mountain Art.  However, as long as you use the same email address on all future orders, we'll use this information to identify you and credit your rewards balance appropriately.  If your email address changes, simply update your details in our "my account" section to make sure you get the rewards you deserve.

What do I have to do to start earning frequent buyer rewards coupons?

Nothing.  Every time you place an order with Hope Mountain Art the money that you spend is credited to your account as "banked monies".  Every time you reach $50 in banked monies, our system automatically credits you with another $5 reward coupon and begins banking monies towards your next coupon.  Every time you earn a rewards coupon you'll be emailed with the good news, plus, you can always login to your account at any time to check your rewards programs balance.

What purchases count towards frequent buyer rewards coupons?

Our frequent buyer rewards program gives you one $5 coupon for every $50 that you spend, before shipping and taxes (if applicable).

How do I check my rewards programs balance?

Every time you earn a rewards coupon you'll be emailed with the good news, plus, you can always login to your account at any time to check your rewards programs balance.

How do I redeem my rewards coupons?

After placing an item in your shopping cart, simply enter your unique rewards coupon code in the box near the upper-righthand side of the page where it says "Enter code:" and click the "apply" button.  Your rewards coupon will appear as an item in your shopping cart, and your order total will be adjusted accordingly.

Is there a limit on the number of frequent buyer rewards coupons I can earn?

No.  Every time you reach $50 in banked monies, our system will automatically credit you with another $5 reward coupon and begin banking monies towards your next coupon.

Is there a limit on the number of rewards I can redeem per order?

No, except that we will not allow a credit balance for your order.  In other words, if the total value of the items in your shopping cart, (before shipping and taxes, if applicable), was $21.00, and you had five $5 rewards coupons in your account, you could redeem four of these coupons on this order, resulting in a balance of $1 owing (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable).  You could not redeem your fifth coupon on this order as that would result in an order balance of -$4.  In this scenario, you'd simply save your fifth coupon to be applied against your next order.

How do I refer my friends to Hope Mountain Art?

That's easy.  Simply login to your account and click the "refer my friends to Hope Mountain Art" link.  Provide a brief message for your friends, enter their email addresses, (separated by commas), and click the "send email" button.  We'll then send your comments and a brief introductory message from us in an email to each of your friends along with a coupon code offering them each $5 off their first order.  Click here to start referring your friends now!

Is there a limit on the number of refer a friend coupons I can earn?

No, except that each friend can only ever be sent one refer a friend email.  If you happen to forget who you've already referred, you can always login to your account at any time to check your rewards programs balance and view the refer a friend emails that have already been sent on your behalf.

When do I receive my refer a friend reward coupons?

When each of your friends places their first order with Hope Mountain Art and redeems their refer a friend coupon, you'll automatically get a $5 coupon to be applied against your next order.  Every time one of your friends redeems their refer a friend coupon, you'll receive an email from us with the good news, plus, you can always login to your account at any time to check your rewards programs balance.
